چکیده
The effects of dietary conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) and an α-glucosidase inhibitor—Bay g 5421— on tissue lipid concentrations and fatty acid composition were investigated in male broiler chicks fed a low-protein diet. The trial comprised six isoenergetic broiler diets. One diet (high-protein diet) was used as a control diet and contained 230 g crude protein per kilogram. The other five diets were low-protein diets (180 g crude protein/kg) without additional supplement, or supplemented with 20 or 40 g/kg of a CLA-enriched oil, or supplemented with 50 or 100 mg of Bay g 5421/kg. Broilers fed the lowprotein diets had higher concentrations of triglycerides and cholesterol in the liver than broilers fed the highprotein diet. Broilers fed low-protein diets supplemented with CLA had a higher cholesterol concentration in plasma, lower hepatic triglyceride concentrations, higher (

متن کاملEffects of Dietary Conjugated Linoleic Acid and n-3 Fatty Acids on the Performance, Carcass Traits and Small Intestinal Morphology of Broiler Chickens
An experiment was conducted on broiler chickens to study the effects of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), fish oil, both at 7% of the diet, or their mixtures at 3.5% of the diet, on the performance, carcass traits and intestinal morphology of broiler chickens. The chicks fed with 7% fish oil or 7% CLA diets, were found to have an inferior weight gain in grower and finisher phases, respectively. A...

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) on fatty acid composition, lipoprotein content, lipid peroxidation, and meat colour of broiler chickens. A total of 180 broiler chickens were allocated to 3 dietary treatments (0, 2.5, and 5% Lutrell) and given a standard broiler starter diet and finisher diet. Body weight of chickens and feed intake w...

Abstract This study was conducted to investigate the effect of different levels of phospholipids on fatty acid profile, lipid content of body and lipase activity in stellate fish (Acipenser stellatus) fed different levels of lecithin as phospholipid source. The fish with average weight of 11.25 ± 0.06 g were fed seven different diets having identical levels of protein and lipid content but dif...

The present study was conducted to evaluate the effects of using raw or microwave irradiated safflower seed on dry matter intake, milk production and composition, milk fatty acid profile, blood parameters, and nutrient apparent digestibility in early lactation cows. Nine multiparous Holstein cows at early lactation were randomly assigned to one of three treatments based on 3 × 3 balanced latin ...
